This project involved the design and execution of a customized HVAC system for a high-end residential apartment located in Laguna Tower, Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT). The system was engineered to deliver consistent cooling efficiency within a compact urban living space while maintaining low noise levels and minimal energy consumption. The design also considered Dubai’s demanding climate, ensuring year-round comfort with optimal humidity control and ventilation.
